"Fit for Golf" at The Virtual Golf Club is designed to assist all levels of golfers. Whether you are a beginner or advanced golfer, a junior or senior, this program will help every member better understand how your body works. It will highlight your strengths and weaknesses, and build a training regimen to improve your game.
Each member will receive a personalized screening analysis to determine where you stand on the 4 key pillars of golf. Evaluating your balance, flexibility, stability and coordination allows us to develop a protocol to address any underlying issues. Existing limitations will be overcome, and functional movements will be taught to improve your swing.
Flexibility, mobility and stability are the keys to improving your overall body mechanics and your golf swing. Add strength and explosive power to those, and your game will improve dramatically.
Once we know the areas that need work, a customized workout program will be developed to build a solid foundation for further improvement of your game.
